Ok, I’ll start with the bad news.
Thursday is typically when I post about the most recent episode of The Shock Absorber podcast and the conversations that Stuart Crawshaw, Joel McMaster, and I have about all things church, culture and church culture. However, due to technical difficulties, we were not able to record last week.
However, in exciting news, I’m going to jump out of The Shock Absorber for a few weeks so that our Arts Pastor, Brayden Wall, can jump in with Stu and Joel and talk about the Theology, Strategy and Practice of our “Arts” ministry at Soul Revival Church. At Soul Revival, “Arts” is our catchall title for the elements of the formal gathering: it includes “creative arts” such as music/worship, sound and tech, but also Bible reading, prayers and preaching.
